Conferences are our bread and butter at FCB. We regularly host conferences, team meetings and away days for charities and corporate stakeholders from across West Yorkshire and beyond.

Our Auditoriums are designed to make your conference as seamless as possible. Basic room hire fee includes use of two wireless microphones and a HDMI cable to connect to our screens, so if you’re working on a limited budget then you can run everything from the front.

Equally, if you’re looking to impress, you can hire our in-house AV Technicians to ensure everything is slick, from bespoke lighting designed to reflect your brand or chosen colour scheme, to our theatre-grade sound and screen system. Our confidence monitors will ensure your speakers never falter and keeps your schedule on track.

  • Flexible spaces for up to 600 guests

    Choose from four conference spaces, each suited to a different style and scale of event. Across our Bradford conference venue, rooms can be arranged in theatre-style or cabaret layouts, with additional spaces available for refreshments, catering and smaller group activities.

  • Professional AV support

    Our Upper and Lower Auditoriums include built-in presentation equipment, wireless microphones and professional sound and lighting systems. Additional support is available from our in-house AV technicians for livestreaming, branded lighting and more complex productions.

  • In-house conference catering

    We offer a wide range of refreshments, including sandwich platters, hot buffets, canapés and banquet options. FCB’s catering service can support buffets for up to 600 guests and banquets for up to 200, subject to your chosen room and event requirements.

  • Bradford city-centre location

    FCB is approximately three minutes from Centenary Square, 12 minutes on foot from Bradford Interchange train station and 15 minutes from Bradford Forster Square train station.

  • Accessible facilities

    We have varying accessibility facilities, including step-free access, accessible toilets, hearing loops, and ramp access to stages. As facilities vary between rooms, please let us know about any specific access requirements so we can recommend the most suitable space.
